Project Manager - KSA

About the role

Emagine Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of security screening systems at a major airport in Riyadh. The role is responsible for end‑to‑end project execution, ensuring contractual commitments are met on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations and procurement trackers to meet contractual milestones.
• Oversee installation, testing and commissioning of baggage CT scanners, X‑ray systems, metal detectors and other security equipment, coordinating OEMs, subcontractors and airport stakeholders.
• Manage project financials, including P&L, budgets, cost reporting and earned‑value analysis.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, maintain RAID logs and report status to senior management and customers.
• Secure required permits, air‑side access and ensure compliance with airport safety, security and environmental regulations.
• Lead FAT, SAT, site acceptance testing, calibration and hand‑over documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering installation and commissioning of security screening technologies in an airport environment.
• Strong understanding of airport operational constraints, terminal phasing and possession planning.
• Ability to manage cross‑functional matrix teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with contract management, change control and commercial approval processes.

Required skills

• CT baggage scanners, X‑ray scanners, baggage screening systems, metal detectors, explosive trace detection equipment, body scanners.
• Structured cabling, fiber optics, network connectivity, server/client architecture, HMI/monitoring systems.
• Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT), integrated systems testing, calibration and performance verification.
