Project Manager - Landscape

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead large‑scale landscape, infrastructure and construction projects from initiation through handover. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget while upholding quality, safety and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and execute landscape and construction projects in line with contractual goals.
• Oversee daily operations, allocate resources, coordinate subcontractors and supervise sites.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, cash flows and progress reports.
• Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with safety, quality and technical standards.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, resolving issues to prevent delays or cost overruns.
• Serve as primary liaison for clients, consultants and internal stakeholders.
• Review and approve drawings, material submittals, method statements and work programs.
• Lead project teams, providing direction, feedback and guidance.
• Manage procurement schedules and coordinate timely delivery of materials.
• Ensure completion of handover documentation, as‑built drawings and close‑out reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Proven experience managing medium to large‑scale construction or landscape projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, construction processes and site operations.
• Familiarity with local regulations, safety standards and quality control procedures.
• PMP certification is an advantage.
