Project Manager – Mid‑Senior Level

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver projects in our Training & Development division in Jeddah. The role involves overseeing initiatives from start to finish, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget and quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, initiate, execute and close projects, defining scope, timelines and resources.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, milestones and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors and other stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports and meeting minutes.
• Track budgets, resource usage and overall project performance.
• Organise project meetings and provide regular status updates to management.
• Facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders.
• Capture lessons learned and support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience.
• Preferred PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification.
• Strong planning, organisational, time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
