Project Manager – Riyadh

About the role

To manage individual projects within the program, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and alignment with budgetary constraints. The Project Manager will coordinate project activities, manage resources, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure effective resource utilization.
• Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial efficiency.
• Identify project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
• Oversee execution of project tasks, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
• Track project performance using KPIs and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Prepare and present project status reports and updates to the Program Director.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Ensure project processes and procedures are followed and contribute to process improvement.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and incorporate feedback into project execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; PMP certification is desirable.
• Previous positions such as Assistant Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or Junior Project Manager.
