Project Manager – Western, Jeddah

About the role

Hill International is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑scale infrastructure and city development projects in the Western region of Jeddah. You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, budgeting and executing projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Monitor and control project performance, reporting progress to senior management.
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors and third‑party vendors.
• Analyze risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and technical guidance.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven track record managing water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Experience working with government and utility stakeholders.
• Strong ability to manage scope, schedule and cost changes.
