Project QA/QC Manager

About the role

The Project QA/QC Manager will lead the quality assurance and control function for a large construction project in Riyadh. You will be responsible for establishing, implementing and maintaining quality systems that ensure all work complies with drawings, specifications, codes and contractual requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the project QA/QC team throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Develop, implement and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP) in line with contract requirements.
• Review, approve and monitor Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, checklists and quality procedures.
• Conduct inspections, audits and material checks to verify compliance with approved documents.
• Manage Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs), corrective actions and preventive measures.
• Coordinate QA/QC matters with client, consultant, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Maintain quality records, inspection reports, test results and project documentation.
• Prepare periodic QA/QC reports, performance indicators and final hand‑over documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Relevant professional QA/QC certifications are preferred.
• Proven experience in managing QA/QC on construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and project‑specific quality standards.
