QMS Specialist – 1 Year Contract

About the role

This is a one‑year contract position responsible for implementing and maintaining Siemens Energy’s Quality Management System (QMS) in Saudi Arabia. The specialist will create, control and continuously improve documented processes, procedures and SOPs to ensure compliance with international standards and internal targets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute QMS projects, monitor effectiveness and sustain solutions.
• Own the controlled document library, managing the full lifecycle of manuals, procedures, SOPs, work instructions, forms and registers.
• Maintain the master document register, ensuring only current revisions are in use and obsolete versions are withdrawn.
• Write, restructure and standardise procedures with process owners and map processes using Visio flow‑charts and swim‑lane diagrams.
• Plan, schedule, conduct and report internal audits against the IMS and applicable international standards.
• Administer corrective and preventive actions for audit findings, including root‑cause analysis and effectiveness verification.
• Compile system KPIs and audit status for management review, providing real‑time transparency for decision‑making.
• Drive digital solutions to automate documentation workflows using Power Automate and SharePoint.
• Lead continuous‑improvement projects applying Lean or Six Sigma tools.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (Mechanical or equivalent) or comparable qualification.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in quality management systems, document control and internal auditing.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification or equivalent audit experience.
• Proven ability to manage document libraries and drive process improvements.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with KPI reporting.
