Quality Control Manager - MEP

About the role

The Quality Control Manager – MEP will lead the QA/QC function for all mechanical, electrical and plumbing works on the project, ensuring compliance with contract documents, specifications, codes and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Review contract documents, specifications, IFC drawings, BOQs and applicable codes.
• Prepare, implement and obtain approval for the Project Quality Plan, procedures, ITPs, method statements and quality forms.
• Establish and maintain the Project ITP Master List covering all MEP activities.
• Lead the QA/QC team and enforce the Quality Management System across the project.
• Oversee quality activities for HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical, ELV, BMS and other MEP systems.
• Manage inspections, testing, commissioning, NCRs, quality alerts and corrective actions.
• Audit subcontractors, suppliers and manufacturers for compliance with project quality requirements.
• Monitor project quality KPIs, NCR trends, rework and cost of poor quality.
• Conduct internal quality audits and support external/client audits.
• Prepare monthly quality reports, punch‑list closure and the final quality close‑out report.

Required profile

• Saudi resident with a transferable Iqama.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or a related discipline.
• 12+ years of experience in MEP QA/QC management.
