Railway Telecommunication Project Manager

About the role

Alstom Grid is looking for a full‑time onsite Project Manager – Communication to lead railway telecommunication projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will apply your project management expertise to deliver complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive project execution to meet contractual requirements and exceed customer expectations.
• Oversee Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Planning (QCDP) and ensure compliance with Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) standards.
• Coordinate closely with engineering, procurement, and operations teams.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and protect Alstom’s legal and contractual rights.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Report progress and communicate effectively with all relevant parties.

Required profile

• Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Understanding of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools and best practices.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
