About the role
Amazon is looking for a motivated RDC Operations Executive to lead UFG UTR operations in Saudi Arabia. You will oversee daily end‑to‑end store activities, ensure safety and quality standards, and support a high‑performing team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end UTR operations for a large site or multiple smaller sites.
- Supervise store operations, meeting customer‑facing metrics while maintaining operational and quality targets.
- Uphold safety standards and team morale.
- Drive performance management and conduct regular coaching.
- Design and deliver training and development plans for pickers.
- Collaborate with merchant stakeholders to continuously improve processes.
- Perform daily 4M, 5S and Safety GEMBA audits.
- Act as stand‑in for the Area Manager when required.
Required profile
- Fluent in spoken, written and read English.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience using Microsoft Office.
- Prior experience in an operational role is preferred.
