Real Estate Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead B2C and B2B sales for a leading real‑estate development client in Saudi Arabia. The role involves driving residential sales, building corporate relationships and managing the sales team to meet revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Lead and manage the B2C & B2B sales team.
• Drive residential sales to individual buyers and investors.
• Develop corporate, institutional and bulk sales opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with brokers, banks and corporate clients.
• Lead negotiations and manage deals through to contract and handover.
• Monitor sales pipeline, CRM, conversions and revenue collection.
• Coach the sales team and ensure achievement of individual & team targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field.
• 8+ years of real‑estate sales experience in KSA/GCC.
• 3+ years of sales team leadership experience.
• Proven B2C & B2B sales track record.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Valid Saudi driving licence.
