Recruitment Supervisor – Executive Search

About the role

We are a Saudi human capital consulting firm looking for an experienced Recruitment Supervisor to lead executive, managerial and professional search assignments. This client‑facing position blends team leadership with hands‑on recruitment, from sourcing to offer management and vacancy closure.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support the recruitment team delivering executive and professional searches.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: job profiling, sourcing strategy, screening, shortlisting, interviews, offers and placement.
• Lead confidential senior‑level searches (C‑suite, General Manager, Director, etc.).
• Conduct job‑profiling discussions with clients to define requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Develop sourcing strategies and market maps for hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, internal databases, referrals and direct headhunting.
• Conduct structured screening interviews and assess experience, competencies and motivation.
• Prepare high‑quality shortlists and candidate summaries.
• Maintain regular client communication, present candidates and provide market updates.
• Coordinate client interviews, support offer negotiations and ensure candidate engagement until joining.
• Monitor placed candidates during the guarantee period and manage replacements when needed.
• Allocate vacancies, review team output, track KPIs and coach team members.
• Contribute to business development activities, client meetings and proposal preparation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment agencies or executive search.
• Successful track record closing senior and hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Strong client‑facing and communication skills.
• Ability to lead confidential searches and manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
