Reporting Manager (Saudi National)

About the role

KBR is seeking a Reporting Manager to lead all reporting activities for a major mixed‑use infrastructure programme in Riyadh. Reporting will be coordinated with the Project Controls Director and the client’s controls team to ensure compliance and timely delivery of information across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Develop reporting requirements and standards in collaboration with the client’s Project Controls team.
• Coordinate with program management on all aspects of project controls.
• Manage the supply chain of contractors and supervision consultants to guarantee on‑time reporting.
• Produce weekly and monthly programme reports.
• Lead a team of reporting assistants when required.

Required profile

• BSc in construction management, engineering, architecture or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 15 years of overall relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a reporting or project controls role.
• At least 5 years of regional experience in the Middle East.
• Strong command of spoken and written English; Arabic is desirable.
• Demonstrated leadership, planning, and interpersonal skills.
