Reservations Agent – Saudi National

About the role

An opportunity has arisen for a Reservations Agent to join the Reservations Department of Jabal Omar Jumeirah Hotel, located minutes from Masjid Al Haram in the Holy City of Makkah.

Key responsibilities

• Prompt professional email response within 24 hours, prioritising current or near‑future queries.
• Answer incoming calls within three rings, using proper greetings and adhering to 59 Club & LQA standards.
• Gather complete guest details during booking, including repeat guest status, contact information, passport copies, flight details, special occasions and preferences, and update them in the Opera PMS.
• Read reservation correspondence thoroughly for special instructions and relay them to the relevant departments.
• Communicate last‑minute changes such as new bookings, cancellations or additional information to the appropriate teams.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle guest inquiries courteously and professionally.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Competency in MS Office applications.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience using Opera property management system.
