Reservations Assistant Manager – Saudi National Talent

About the role

Jumeirah The Red Sea is seeking a Reservations Assistant Manager to support its luxury resort operations. This position will work closely with sales, revenue, and hotel operations teams to ensure seamless reservation handling and optimal revenue performance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver internal and external service quality aligned with Reservations KPI targets.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, and Operations to maximize revenue and reduce inefficiencies.
• Supervise daily, weekly, and monthly reservation tasks, including audits, finance, visas, and group bookings.
• Identify and escalate revenue, finance, and guest‑experience risks to senior management.
• Monitor and resolve guest complaints promptly by coordinating with relevant departments.
• Keep the department updated on property information, new rates, and selling strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from an accredited university.
• 3–4 years of experience in a reservations supervisory role within hospitality.
• Revenue Management qualification is desirable.
• Strong leadership and attention‑to‑detail abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Property Management System (PMS) platforms.
• Knowledge of revenue management principles.
