Restaurant Manager – Luxury Dining

About the role

Le Café LPM, part of the La Petite Maison group, is looking for a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead its Al Khobar location. The role combines luxury‑dining standards with a vibrant, French‑Riviera inspired atmosphere, ensuring every guest enjoys an unforgettable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate a team of 25+ staff members, overseeing recruitment, training and performance reviews.
• Maintain and elevate service standards that reflect the brand’s sophisticated yet playful identity.
• Manage all operational aspects, including inventory control, supplier coordination, scheduling and financial performance metrics such as covers and average spend.
• Identify operational challenges and implement creative solutions to ensure seamless service during peak periods.
• Make swift, decisive decisions to preserve the restaurant’s reputation for flawless hospitality.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a high‑end establishment.
• Proven ability to train, motivate and develop large teams.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, supplier relations and financial oversight.
• Excellent customer‑service mindset with the poise to resolve complex issues.
• Cultural awareness and adaptability to work with a diverse team and international clientele.
