Restaurant Supervisor (Full-time)

About the role

Foodsmith is seeking a motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join its Riyadh location. This full‑time, on‑site position oversees daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and schedule restaurant staff, assigning duties and monitoring performance.
• Maintain quality, hygiene, and safety standards in line with health, fire, and municipal regulations.
• Handle cash, receipts, and reconciliation procedures according to company policy.
• Resolve customer complaints related to food quality, service, or accommodations.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure food and beverage service meets standards.
• Monitor inventory, receive deliveries, and verify product quality and quantity.
• Review financial and sales reports to identify productivity improvements and cost‑reduction opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with all restaurant policies, procedures, and training programs.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month experience in restaurant or hospitality operations.
• Ability to lead a team, schedule staff, and maintain a positive work environment.
• Strong attention to health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Basic numeracy for cash handling and inventory control.
