Retail Operations Manager

About the role

The Retail Operations Manager will lead daily operations across more than 20 retail showrooms, ensuring operational excellence, brand consistency and high customer satisfaction. This role requires strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate strategic vision into measurable performance outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise daily operations across more than 20 retail showrooms, driving sales, profitability and customer service targets.
• Monitor store KPIs, lead continuous improvement initiatives and oversee store launches, relocations and renovations.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures and compliance frameworks, ensuring food safety, hygiene and brand consistency.
• Lead, train and mentor cashiers and supervisors, fostering a performance‑driven culture aligned with brand values.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Supply Chain to secure product availability, execute promotions and align brand messaging.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum six years of retail management experience, preferably in a major F&B or FMCG brand.
• Proven track record of overseeing 15+ retail locations across multiple regions.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making and communication abilities with a hands‑on management style.
