Sales Commission Execution Senior Professional

About the role

Mobily is looking for a senior professional to manage the end‑to‑end execution of sales commissions and incentive plans. You will work closely with sales, finance, HR and other stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely and compliant commission payments.

Key responsibilities

• Review, calculate and validate consumer sales commissions and sales‑agent incentives.
• Generate commissionable revenue data by retrieving, consolidating and managing large data sets.
• Prepare and reconcile individual and team commission/incentive statements.
• Report actual revenue versus targets and track commission payments.
• Analyze commission calculations, accruals and historical data.
• Provide resolutions for commission/incentive issues and support finance and sales teams.
• Collaborate with finance, HR, customer service and other stakeholders to facilitate timely payments.
• Handle monthly, quarterly and year‑end commission accruals and reconciliation.
• Reconcile commission system data with finance systems for variance analysis.
• Maintain required documentation and an audit trail.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in commission or incentive administration.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple departments and communicate findings clearly.
