About the role
Sales consultants find potential customers for the company's real‑estate products, meeting clients in‑office or on‑site, explaining features and benefits, and may progress to managerial roles after experience.
Key responsibilities
- Recommend and select products for customers based on their individual needs.
- Describe products and explain their benefits and uses to potential customers.
- Communicate with customers in person, by phone and by email to understand their needs.
- Find potential customers through networking, cold calling, and industry research.
- Conduct presentations to demonstrate the benefits of our products.
- Establish and maintain long‑term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Process and record sales and complete related administrative tasks.
- Work with the marketing department to develop new sales strategies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Experience in developing leads and researching potential clients.
