Sales Director

About the role

The Sales Director will lead United Printing Company's sales function on a remote basis, driving revenue growth across the Saudi Arabian market. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape strategy, manage a distributed sales team and ensure a robust pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day sales operations, set targets and monitor performance.
• Coach, mentor and manage the sales team to achieve consistent pipeline growth.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with key clients and partners.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to align initiatives, optimise customer service standards and improve overall revenue performance.
• Produce regular reports, forecasting and data‑driven decision‑making to support strategic planning.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in sales and business development with a record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience in BTL, events, POSM, activations, branding or printing industries.
• Strong background in sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting and process optimisation.
• Demonstrated team‑management skills, including mentoring and performance management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field; advanced degree a plus.
• Must be based in Saudi Arabia with an existing network in the market.
