Sales Manager (B2B SaaS/HR Tech)

About the role

Qureos is an AI‑driven hiring platform looking for a Sales Manager to lead the full sales cycle for its B2B SaaS and HR‑Tech solutions. Based in Riyadh, you will work with a fast‑growing commercial team to accelerate revenue across mid‑market and enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end sales processes from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and contract signing.
• Drive revenue growth by conducting high‑quality discovery calls, product demos, and strategic commercial conversations.
• Build and maintain relationships with HR leaders, recruitment teams, and executive decision‑makers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand Qureos’ presence in target markets.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and CRM hygiene.
• Collaborate closely with SDRs, marketing, customer success, and leadership to maximize conversion rates.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of experience in sales management, B2B SaaS, or full‑cycle closing roles.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong ability to manage complex sales cycles from discovery to close.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• High ownership mentality with strong execution, urgency, and commercial instincts.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
