Sales Manager - Building Management Systems (BMS) & Controls

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow the Controls & Building Management Systems (BMS) business across Saudi Arabia. In this strategic position you will shape market growth, develop key customer relationships and drive a high‑performing sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets across KSA.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of Sales Engineers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants and key stakeholders.
• Identify and secure new Controls & BMS business opportunities.
• Expand consultant approvals, vendor listings and channel partner networks.
• Manage sales forecasting, pipeline reporting and performance tracking.
• Negotiate major projects, contracts and commercial agreements.
• Support profitable growth while maintaining a strong commercial focus.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Instrumentation or similar).
• 8‑10+ years of sales management experience within the BMS, Controls or Building Automation sector in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven track record of delivering sales growth and exceeding targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and commercial management skills.
• Experience building relationships with consultants, contractors and end‑users across the KSA market.

Required skills

• Strong technical understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Strong technical understanding of HVAC Control Systems.
