Sales Representative - Modern Trade

About the role

The Sales Representative – Modern Trade will be responsible for driving sales growth across modern trade accounts in Jeddah for Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages. The role focuses on ensuring product availability, executing promotions, and building strong relationships with key retail partners.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee full product availability, including new product launches, across all assigned modern trade accounts.
• Prevent out‑of‑stock situations through effective replenishment and order management.
• Achieve assigned sales targets in volume, value, and distribution.
• Execute in‑store activities, promotions, planograms, and visibility actions according to commercial guidelines.
• Collect, upload, and follow up on purchase orders in the SAP system.
• Monitor competitor activities such as pricing, promotions, and product launches.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date customer database and sales documentation.
• Prepare and submit regular performance reports, including sales vs. targets and market feedback.
• Identify growth opportunities within assigned accounts and drive on‑time payment collection.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, trade agreements, and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 1 year of FMCG sales experience, preferably in modern trade.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret data and provide market insights.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
