Sales Representative – Modern Trade

About the role

This position focuses on achieving sales targets in Modern Trade (MT) accounts by ensuring excellent execution of product availability, visibility, pricing and promotions while building strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure full product availability, including new product launches, across all assigned Modern Trade accounts.
• Prevent out‑of‑stock situations through effective replenishment and order management.
• Achieve assigned sales targets in volume, value and distribution.
• Execute in‑store activities, promotions, planograms and visibility executions according to commercial guidelines.
• Collect and upload purchase orders in the SAP system and follow up on order status.
• Monitor competitor activities such as pricing, promotions and product launches.
• Maintain accurate customer database and sales documentation.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide market feedback.
• Identify growth opportunities within Modern Trade accounts and drive on‑time payment collection.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• At least one year of FMCG sales experience, preferably in Modern Trade.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Analytical mindset to interpret sales data and market insights.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the region.
