Salesperson – Cable Solutions

About the role

The Salesperson will provide technical expertise and sales support for customers in the Cable Department. The role involves understanding client cable and connectivity needs, recommending suitable products, and ensuring successful implementation and integration of solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential and existing clients.
• Assist in preparing detailed proposals and quotations with technical accuracy.
• Manage procurement and inventory of equipment, supplies, and services to ensure cost‑effectiveness and timely availability.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and technical support.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and promote company products.
• Identify business opportunities, research prospects, and meet internal sales metrics.
• Monitor customer support for technical solutions throughout the sales process and flag potential risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
• 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in the cable industry.
• Strong negotiation, influencing and consensus‑building abilities.
• Proven track record of closing sales deals and achieving results.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Technical expertise in design techniques and machine operation.
• Knowledge of repair and maintenance procedures for cable‑related equipment.
