Scheduling / Planning Engineer – Project Controls

About the role

Penspen is seeking a Scheduling/Planning Engineer to join its PMS project team in India. The role is responsible for leading the project controls function, providing schedule, cost and risk support to the Project Management team, and reviewing early‑stage deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the project controls team across multiple projects.
• Provide schedule, cost and risk analysis support to the Project Management team.
• Review Front End Loading (FEL1 and FEL2) deliverables for cost, schedule and risk compliance.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress and report variances.
• Assist in preparing project control reports and dashboards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a closely related field (or a diploma with a recognized Planning & Scheduling certificate).
• Minimum eight years of experience for engineering graduates or twelve years for diploma holders.
• Background in engineering, construction or project management.
