Security & Safety Assistant – Riyadh

About the role

The Security & Safety Assistant supports Al Futtaim Logistics warehouses in Riyadh by ensuring a safe and secure environment for staff, assets, and operations. Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Supervisor/Manager, the role combines routine patrols with rapid response to incidents while complying with Saudi regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Secure both interior and exterior areas of the warehouse, adhering to service level agreements and KSA regulations.
• Conduct regular checks, patrols, and inspections to monitor safety and security conditions.
• Report incidents and breaches promptly to the Warehouse Operations Supervisor/Manager.
• Enforce Al Futtaim group policies, behavioral standards, and EHS guidelines.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate comprehensive security measures.

Required profile

• School completion certificate.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar security role.
• Thorough knowledge of local safety and security regulations.
• Strong ability to work under pressure while maintaining planning efficiency.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of KSA security regulations and procedures.
• Understanding of security patrol and monitoring practices.
