Senior Accountant – Accounts Receivable, Tax & Payroll (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

The Senior Accountant will manage the end‑to‑end accounts receivable process, ensure compliance with Saudi tax regulations, and oversee payroll for the Saudi Arabia operations. The role requires accurate invoicing, timely collections, and meticulous financial record‑keeping.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, payment follow‑ups, reconciliations and collection tracking.
• Prepare customer statements, aging reports and receivable status reports for management.
• Handle Saudi VAT documentation, reconciliations, filings and coordination with ZATCA.
• Maintain tax records, supporting documents and audit‑ready files.
• Process monthly Saudi payroll in collaboration with HR, ensuring accuracy, approvals and confidentiality.
• Maintain payroll records such as salary sheets, allowances, deductions and leave data.
• Assist in month‑end closing, reconciliations and preparation of financial reports.
• Enter accurate accounting entries, support internal controls and coordinate with banks, vendors and internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Saudi labor regulations and financial procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Taxation and Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi VAT regulations and payroll practices.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
