Senior Architect – Technical Coordination Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect / Technical Coordination Manager to lead architectural design reviews and multidisciplinary coordination for major real‑estate development projects in Riyadh. Reporting to the Technical Director, you will ensure design quality, buildability, regulatory compliance and seamless integration of architecture, structure, MEP and specialist disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural design reviews at all project stages, aligning with vision, standards and regulations.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary efforts between Architecture, Structural, MEP and specialist teams to produce fully integrated solutions.
• Act as primary interface with external design consultants, monitoring quality and timely delivery of drawings, specifications and technical submissions.
• Verify compliance with Saudi building codes, project specifications and international best practices.
• Assess constructability, identify technical risks and propose value‑engineering opportunities while protecting design intent.
• Resolve design‑related issues, RFIs, technical queries and coordination conflicts.
• Review all design packages for accuracy, completeness and coordination.
• Collaborate with Project Delivery, Commercial, Construction and PMO teams to align design decisions with cost, schedule and procurement strategies.
• Monitor consultant performance and ensure deliverables meet agreed timelines and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in architecture, design and technical coordination.
• Proven track record on high‑rise buildings, hotels and mixed‑use developments.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi building regulations and international best practices.
• Experience managing design consultants and reviewing technical deliverables.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Revit.
