Senior Business Transformation Consultant – AI Strategy, Growth & Innovation

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business Transformation Consultant to help organisations in Saudi Arabia redesign their strategies, operations and customer experiences through AI‑driven innovation. The role works closely with executive stakeholders to uncover opportunities, design practical solutions and guide meaningful change across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Lead executive interviews, discovery sessions and workshops to diagnose business challenges and transformation opportunities.
• Analyse operating models, organisational structures, workflows, systems, customer journeys and performance metrics to identify inefficiencies and technology gaps.
• Develop strategic recommendations, business cases, operating models, governance frameworks and implementation roadmaps.
• Advise on responsible applications of AI, automation, data and emerging technologies, including design of governance structures, decision frameworks, KPIs and reporting practices.
• Support change initiatives through stakeholder alignment, documentation, training and adoption strategies.
• Contribute to growth strategies, market positioning, service development and commercialisation opportunities.
• Create innovation concepts, service frameworks, playbooks and technology‑enabled business solutions.
• Assist clients in assessing delivery risks, dependencies and expected business value, and support the transition from recommendation to execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior consultant or advisor in business transformation, strategy or AI‑focused projects.
• Strong track record of working with C‑level executives and influencing decision‑making.
• Ability to translate complex challenges into actionable roadmaps and measurable business impact.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Experience designing governance frameworks, KPIs and reporting structures.
