Senior Civil Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

Almarai is seeking a Senior Civil Maintenance Supervisor to lead civil engineering projects at its Hail facilities. The role involves overseeing site operations, managing work crews and contractors, and ensuring all construction activities meet quality, safety and engineering standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day site operations, work crews and subcontractors.
• Ensure construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications and safety requirements.
• Monitor project quality, progress and team performance.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and contractors.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver projects on schedule and within standards.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve construction‑related issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
• 4–5 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or engineering role.
• Proven ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience with soil, aggregate, cement and field compaction testing.
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety and construction best practices.
• Excellent communication skills.
