Senior Commercial Manager - Combustion Solutions

About the Position

Join a global leader in industrial technology as a Senior Commercial Manager for Combustion Solutions. Based in Dammam, this strategic regional role combines technical expertise with commercial leadership to drive after-sales, commissioning, and lifecycle solutions for critical combustion systems across the region.

Main Missions

• Lead and manage a team of Regional Account Advisors to protect and expand the installed base.
• Drive business growth by capturing aftermarket, retrofit, and spare parts opportunities.
• Plan and execute strategic activities for maintenance and turnaround (TAR) windows.
• Develop competitive, value-based commercial proposals and manage the sales pipeline via CRM.
• Engage directly with plant-level stakeholders to ensure technical-commercial alignment.
• Optimize tools, processes, and market intelligence to reduce waste and improve execution.
• Coach and develop technical talents within the commercial team.

Profile Required

• Proven track record in aftermarket sales, retrofits, or turnaround management within industrial sectors.
• Deep technical knowledge of combustion systems (burners, flares, thermal oxidizers, boiler burners).
• Strong leadership experience managing technical sales teams.
• Demonstrated ability in opportunity qualification and value-based pricing.
• Extensive knowledge of the Saudi Arabian and GCC industrial markets.
