Senior Commercial Project Manager – Riyadh

About the role

Siemens is looking for a Senior Commercial Project Manager to lead commercial execution for its Smart Infrastructure Buildings division in Riyadh. You will be responsible for driving end‑to‑end commercial performance across a portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with revenue, cash‑flow and margin targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage commercial project activities for the assigned portfolio, including business performance planning.
• Oversee contract and claim management with clients and subcontractors.
• Monitor project KPIs (revenue, billing plans, cash‑flow, margins) and report deviations.
• Ensure timely cleanup of balance‑sheet items and aging commitments.
• Evaluate risks and opportunities, implement mitigations, and report findings.
• Process purchase orders, sales orders, debit/credit notes, and invoicing in SAP.
• Verify bills against agreed terms, maintain subcontractor payment records, and follow up accounts receivable.
• Coordinate treasury activities such as bonds, guarantees, and letters of credit.
• Plan and monitor procurements and equipment shipping schedules.

Required profile

• Minimum university degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience; prior Siemens experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, FRG and other accounting standards.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Ability to work under high pressure and meet tight deadlines.
