Senior Consultant – Enterprise Data Management

About the role
The Senior Consultant will lead the design and implementation of enterprise‑wide data management capabilities, ensuring data quality, discoverability and governance across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and roll out a comprehensive data management framework aligned with business and technology goals.
- Define and enforce data quality standards, metrics and monitoring processes.
- Lead the creation and maintenance of an enterprise data catalog and metadata repository.
- Support data governance policies, regulatory compliance and privacy requirements.
- Establish data lifecycle and stewardship processes, including creation, usage, retention and disposal.
- Collaborate with governance, cybersecurity and privacy teams to strengthen data controls and support audits.
Required profile
- Proven experience establishing and leading enterprise data management initiatives.
- Strong understanding of data quality, data catalog, master data management and data governance concepts.
- Ability to work with cross‑functional teams on compliance and privacy matters.
