Senior Cybersecurity Analyst – GRC

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst specialized in Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) to join JHAH’s security team. The role will safeguard the organization’s critical data and ensure continuous business operations by managing and enhancing our cybersecurity infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, configure, maintain, support and monitor cybersecurity infrastructure including firewalls, antivirus, encryption protocols, intrusion detection systems, access management, network monitoring and SOC solutions.
• Manage governance, risk management and compliance programs, enforcing controls, policies, standards and incident‑response plans through assessments, drills and awareness campaigns.
• Detect, investigate and respond to security incidents, intrusions, breaches, threats and vulnerabilities.
• Ensure infrastructure aligns with best‑practice frameworks, regulatory requirements and enterprise architecture standards.
• Oversee vendor engagements for cybersecurity services, ensuring scope, cost, timeline and quality targets are met.
• Process cybersecurity aspects of IT demand requests and fulfill related service requests in accordance with policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably in a GRC role.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CISM, GSEC, PMP or ITIL are preferred.
• Fluent in English; Arabic not required.
