Senior Design Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Design Architect to join our Riyadh office. In this strategic position you will lead the design and architecture of complex enterprise systems, driving innovation while ensuring technical excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise architecture strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Design scalable system architectures that balance performance, cost and innovation.
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary design teams, fostering continuous improvement.
• Analyse existing systems, identify optimisation opportunities and guide modernization efforts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to translate requirements into architectural frameworks.
• Establish and enforce design standards, best practices and governance policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years (120 months) of relevant experience in architecture and design.
• Proven ability to lead large‑scale design projects and mentor senior engineers.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on sustainable solutions.
