Senior Design Lead

About the role

Tarmeez is seeking a Senior Design Lead to own and evolve its visual identity across all touchpoints. You will combine hands‑on design work with strategic creative direction, ensuring brand consistency and high‑quality output.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain brand visual guidelines.
• Set creative direction for campaigns, marketing materials, and investor communications.
• Review and approve all design work before publication.
• Create graphics for social media, ads, emails, presentations, and event materials.
• Produce motion graphics and support video production.
• Mentor junior designers and collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and campaign managers.
• Coordinate with external agencies when needed.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience leading or mentoring other designers.
• Familiarity with fintech, investment, or financial‑services contexts is a plus.
