Senior Digital Solutions Consultant

About the role

Worley is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Solutions Consultant to help clients navigate digital transformation, operational technology (OT), and asset management initiatives. You will work across multiple engagements, delivering consulting services that drive business improvement and technology‑enabled change.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver consulting services across digital, OT, asset management, data, and transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with clients and delivery teams to define solutions, solve business challenges, and achieve project outcomes.
• Lead opportunity development, proposal preparation, technical write‑ups, client presentations, and solution shaping.
• Promote safe and responsible working practices in line with Worley and client HSSE expectations.
• Define and execute digital strategy roadmaps for industrial or capital‑intensive organisations.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and provide advisory support on digital transformation, operational improvement, portfolio management, governance, and technology initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing portfolios, stakeholder engagement, use‑case prioritisation, delivery planning, and benefits tracking.
• Proactive, delivery‑focused and commercially aware consulting mindset.
• Ability to operate across multiple clients, industries and engagement types while maintaining focus on customer outcomes.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
• Experience working with business stakeholders, product owners, SMEs, vendors, system integrators and delivery teams.
