Senior Employee Services Officer

About the role

The Senior Employee Services Officer will support Alghanim Industries by managing employee services processes, ensuring compliance with policies, and delivering timely HR initiatives across business units in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end employee services (ES) processes and meet agreed timelines.
• Track residency activities, local transfers, and cancellations.
• Prepare expenditure reports and handle petty‑cash reimbursements.
• Support development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
• Provide policy counselling and assist with disciplinary and grievance matters.
• Maintain employee records in line with legal and company requirements.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and working conditions.
• Record transactions accurately in SAP and other ES systems.
• Generate daily and weekly workload reports and monitor SLA compliance.
• Develop training programs, assist in performance management, and create onboarding plans.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic and strong command of written and spoken English.
• 4–7 years of experience in HR officer, administrator or similar role.
• Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
• Reliable, dedicated, and able to work additional hours when needed.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
