Senior Equity Research Analyst – Riyadh

About the role

Madison Pearl is partnering with a leading regional asset management firm to hire a Senior Equity Research Analyst in Riyadh. The analyst will work closely with portfolio managers, supporting idea generation, company research, and the transition toward portfolio management responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source investment opportunities within Saudi public equities.
• Conduct in‑depth research on market segments, economic trends, and individual companies.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models for covered companies.
• Monitor a watch list of investments through regular interaction with company management and expert networks.
• Prepare and present research findings via written reports, informal discussions, and formal presentations.
• Assist the lead portfolio manager with portfolio analytics, performance reporting, and investment strategy development.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of professional investment experience focused on Saudi equities.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• CME qualifications; CFA charter or progress toward CFA highly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Saudi national with fluent Arabic.
