Senior FATCA & Finance Specialist

About the Role

Are you a highly specialized finance professional with a mastery of regulatory reporting and tax compliance in Saudi Arabia? We are seeking a Senior FATCA & Finance Specialist to spearhead our regulatory reporting, Zakat, and tax strategies within a high-stakes banking environment.

In this critical role, you will act as the primary guardian of our regulatory integrity, bridging the gap between complex financial data and the rigorous standards set by SAMA and ZATCA. You will serve as a strategic advisor on financial controls and a key point of contact for regulatory authorities.

Main Missions

• Lead the preparation and timely submission of all SAMA financial and regulatory reports.
• Direct the calculation, filing, and optimization of Zakat and tax declarations in strict accordance with ZATCA requirements.
• Act as the subject matter expert for FATCA/CRS governance, ensuring full compliance with international standards.
• Support IFRS compliance and strengthen internal control frameworks.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders to facilitate inquiries and lead compliance audits.

Profile Required

• Proven expertise in the Saudi Arabian banking sector, specifically regarding SAMA and ZATCA regulations.
• Deep technical knowledge of FATCA, CRS, and Zakat/Tax optimization.
• Strong ability to translate complex financial data into actionable regulatory compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills for dealing with regulatory bodies and internal departments.
