Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

The Senior Graphic Designer will create visually compelling designs that communicate brand messages across print and digital media. Working closely with clients, marketing managers and the production team, you will ensure all visual outputs meet quality standards and align with corporate identity.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop designs for print materials, corporate identities and major publications.
• Define visual styles, select colors, fonts and techniques that satisfy production requirements.
• Lead client meetings to understand objectives and translate business needs into design concepts.
• Produce artwork or delegate tasks to junior designers, set delivery schedules and review proofs before printing.
• Supervise printing processes, conduct quality checks on printed outputs, and coordinate with photographers for product imagery.
• Train and mentor junior team members, allocate tasks fairly and monitor performance.
• Monitor project timelines, resource usage and report deviations to management.
• Identify and implement process improvements, ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field.
• Extensive experience in graphic design, preferably in a senior or lead role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead a design team.
• Strong understanding of print production processes and quality control.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and internal coordination.

Required skills

• Proficiency with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of typography, color theory and layout principles.
• Experience in preparing files for print and digital publishing.
