Senior HR Manager

About the role

Proger is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Manager to lead the people strategy for its Regional Headquarters in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role will align business objectives with employee and management solutions, acting as a strategic partner to executive leadership while overseeing daily HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the RHQ Branch Manager and senior management of the Italian Headquarter to define and implement HR initiatives that support business strategies.
• Coordinate and implement branch directives, ensuring alignment with corporate decisions and local operational needs.
• Partner with all entities within the Proger Group to drive cross‑company HR initiatives and support overarching business objectives.
• Work with corporate functions on cross‑cutting issues of common interest.
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that ensure continuity of international operations in compliance with Saudi laws and international regulations.
• Oversee daily HR operations, talent management, performance frameworks, and compliance activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior HR leader in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor legislation and international HR standards.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with senior executives and cross‑functional teams.
• Strategic mindset with a track record of aligning HR initiatives to business goals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
