Senior IT Operations Analyst

About the role

Saudi Telecom Company is seeking a Senior IT Operations Analyst to lead the planning, testing and operational support of complex hardware and software solutions across its network. The role combines technical coordination, team management and continuous improvement of IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate staging and execution of pilot, quality and business acceptance tests.
• Support certification and installation of complex, non‑standard hardware and software.
• Validate new hardware/software releases and provide feedback to vendors and technology teams.
• Develop user and technical documentation for new or modified systems.
• Design and maintain highly complex user‑interface applications and back‑end databases.
• Monitor existing IT systems, recommend modifications and improve procedures.
• Manage day‑to‑day team operations, allocate work programmes and ensure timely reporting.
• Prepare shift plans, schedule resources and arrange backups for continuous coverage.
• Implement approved technology support policies and processes in a controlled manner.
• Liaise with service personnel to meet project timelines and resolve customer needs.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in technical service and maintenance within the technology/telecommunication industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunication, Electronics & Communication, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
