Senior Manager, HR Strategy & Project Management

About the role

Red Sea Global is seeking a senior leader to shape and execute its HR strategy and project portfolio. The role will ensure HR initiatives align with corporate objectives and support the organization’s Vision 2030 and regenerative tourism goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the People and HR strategy framework and service model, aligning with corporate strategy.
• Monitor execution of the HR strategy roadmap, track milestones, identify risks and report to senior HR leadership.
• Govern strategic HR projects, establish reporting cadences, coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders and ensure timely delivery.
• Lead the annual HR business planning cycle, consolidating inputs, budgets and aligning with the corporate planning calendar.
• Define and monitor HR division KPIs in partnership with the Strategy & Performance team.
• Integrate change‑management practices into HR initiatives, overseeing stakeholder engagement and transition support.
• Develop the shared‑services delivery model between Group HR and subsidiaries, including service catalog and governance.
• Support Saudization strategy through workforce localization, upskilling, succession planning and compliance reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or related field; Master’s preferred.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in managerial roles.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.
• HR certifications such as SHRM‑CP, CIPD, APHRI or similar preferred.
• Experience in organizational change management and related certifications (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) preferred.
• Advanced competency in HR strategic planning, project governance, change management, performance monitoring and stakeholder management.
• Intermediate proficiency in data analytics, business acumen and digital HR systems.
