Senior Manager, Tech Consulting – Data & AI (Riyadh)

About the role

Senior Manager – Data & AI Consulting at EY supports leading organisations across Saudi Arabia in shaping and executing large‑scale Data and AI transformations that deliver measurable business value. In this senior leadership position you will combine deep consulting experience, market presence and business‑development capability to grow EY’s footprint and create strategic impact for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Data & AI consulting engagements across the Saudi market.
• Own and grow a strong portfolio of client relationships, focusing on revenue growth and pipeline development.
• Lead business development activities including account planning, opportunity shaping, proposal leadership and deal closure.
• Advise senior client stakeholders on Data and AI operating models, business use cases and transformation roadmaps.
• Oversee delivery of complex, multi‑workstream Data & AI programmes, ensuring quality, value realisation and client satisfaction.
• Bring practical knowledge of data platforms, analytics and AI capabilities to client discussions.
• Collaborate with regional and global EY teams to bring the best of the firm to clients.
• Mentor senior managers and managers, supporting leadership development and practice capability building.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of Data and AI from a business and functional perspective, supported by hands‑on consulting experience.
• Strong market presence with well‑established local client relationships and senior executive access.
• Proven business‑development mindset with an active pipeline and track record of deal conversion.
• Excellent commercial acumen, including pricing, contracting and margin management.
• Highly presentable and credible advisor with strong executive communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to bridge strategy, technology and business outcomes within a consulting environment.
• Minimum 12–15 years of professional experience, predominantly within management or technology consulting.
• At least 6–10 years of leadership experience within the Middle East region, preferably Saudi Arabia.
• Background in reputable consulting firms; Big 4 experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience leading and growing Data & AI consulting practices or portfolios.
