Senior Marketing Executive

About the role

The Senior Marketing Executive will design, develop and execute marketing plans that align with the Marketing Manager’s strategy. You will manage budgets, evaluate financial returns, and collaborate closely with the management team to maximise product visibility across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop advertising opportunities across business sectors to increase brand exposure.
• Plan, organise and manage events, media activities and sponsorships to boost brand awareness.
• Evaluate marketing campaigns, track ROI and report on expenditure versus budget.
• Monitor competitor activity and conduct market studies to drive innovation.
• Contribute to long‑term marketing strategies and manage the annual budget with the Marketing Manager.
• Oversee the Marketing Coordinator and support the Marketing Manager in daily operations.
• Supervise production of marketing materials, including copywriting, proofreading, design approval and agency liaison.
• Maintain brand standards on websites and social media platforms.
• Develop communications that enhance the in‑store and online customer experience.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing or brand management, preferably in retail or food & beverage.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong analytical, organisational and self‑management abilities.
• Proactive attitude with a keen interest in current marketing trends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Graphic design skills (advantageous).
