Senior Mechanical Engineer – Site Supervision

About the role

Cundall is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead mechanical site supervision for a prestigious luxury hotel development in Diriyah. The role involves ensuring all mechanical works meet approved designs, specifications, international standards and the company’s sustainability commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the on‑site authority and primary client interface for sustainability matters during construction.
• Represent Cundall in meetings with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Create detailed mechanical designs, layouts, schematics and calculations for HVAC, plumbing and firefighting systems.
• Use AutoCAD, Navisworks and Revit to produce 2D/3D drawings and HAP for heat‑load calculations.
• Conduct site inspections, ensure compliance with standards and energy‑efficiency goals, and prepare technical reports.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (Mechanical Engineering) with building services design experience.
• Proven site supervision experience on luxury hotel or high‑end hospitality projects.
• Strong problem‑solving, critical‑thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
