Senior Media Analyst

About the role

The Senior Media Analyst will lead media relations for stc, ensuring the brand’s voice is consistently represented across television, print, digital and social platforms. Reporting to Corporate Communication, the role supports senior executives and coordinates media activities for both local and international events.

Key responsibilities

• Provide media news coverage to reach all customer segments via TV, newspapers, and social media.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with local and international media outlets, including TV channels and digital agencies.
• Monitor STC‑related media coverage, deliver timely feedback or rebuttals to protect the brand image.
• Prepare monthly reports on media coverage impact for senior management.
• Arrange TV spots and journalist appointments for the GCEO and top executives during events.
• Collaborate with the Content Support team to produce press releases, interview talking points, and executive speeches aligned with brand strategy.
• Coordinate with internal sectors to plan annual media coverage needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in public and media relations, preferably within a large telecommunications organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
